Congratulations Ms. “J” you’re almost there. Here is a preview of the senior session I shot on Tuesday. What a fun time and what a sweet girl. Ms. “J” was amazing to photograph and her wonderful friend Ms. “M” was awesome too, she was such a huge help. I love having a friend or family member come along, sometimes I get so sucked into my camera I miss things and it’s nice to have an extra eye and an extra hand. Thank you guys! Enjoy!

I love this shot, especially for Seniors. Going off into the future! Good Luck Ms. “J”.

Here is another shot from my rose garden. One of these days I’m going to get out more and get creative, although I think this 30 days is going a little better than the last time I tried to do this. Enjoy!

Today I have a few pictures taken on Puget Sound. What a beautiful weekend for boating and hanging out with the husband. Enjoy!
Starting off the trip down to Olympia, here is Mt. Rainier.

We made it down to Olympia without getting lost

Headed back toward the Harbor.

The sun setting over the Olympics.

Beautiful Day, and what a way to beat the HEAT!

I shot the Narrows in the fog on Day 2 and this time I shot it boating underneath it with the brilliant blue sky. Amazing how the weather can change the mood of a photograph, no wonder it changes our moods too sometimes.

We went out to dinner last night in the harbor. I love the feel of the harbor and all the boats, dinner was good too. We are spending the weekend on the water so I’m hoping to get some cool shots to post.

I have tried sunbursts before but have never gotten the results I got today. I was reading another photographers blog and she was talking about how to get good sunbursts in your photos, so I took what I read and applied it and ended up with this. This was shot at f/13 to get that sunburst. Enjoy.

No better day than to spend it with an old friend taking pictures, hanging out and just talking! These were taken at Tumwater Falls - a small piece of serenity in a fast paced political city. Enjoy!
